Movie poster terms — Rated Promo Videos

These terms apply to movie poster orders. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our service

We create custom AI-generated movie posters and animations based on your concept and instructions.

All posters are generated using AI tools. While we aim for high quality, the final output is AI-created and may contain minor imperfections typical of AI generation.

The portrait and landscape versions will be similar in style and composition but may have some natural differences due to the different formats.

2. Delivery

Standard delivery is within 72 hours of order confirmation and payment (usually delivered within 48 hours).

We will send the files via email or a download link.

3. Revisions

Starter Package: 2 rounds of revisions included.
Pro Pitch Package: 4 rounds of revisions included.
Additional revisions are available at £35 per round.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Commercial licence

Both packages include a full commercial licence.

You may use the posters and animations for pitching, social media, YouTube, film promotion, crowdfunding, festivals, and other commercial purposes.

5. Showcase rights

By placing an order, you grant us permission to showcase the completed posters and animations on our website and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for promotional purposes.

We will always credit you as the creator of the project.

6. Payment & refunds

All sales are final.

Refunds are not provided after work has started (which begins immediately after payment).

If we are unable to deliver the project, a full refund will be issued.

7. AI disclosure

All posters and animations are created using advanced AI tools. You receive full commercial usage rights upon payment. The final designs belong to you.
